Because I coached 70+ women in 2025 and they got results.

Holding people accountable & having them make progress is something I've done over and over and over again.

I trained my body and mind to take action regularly. It's always in me. And I can apply it to any area of my life.

So many people have this belief that they will always struggle with procrastination. That's the identity they hold.

Or it's that I can be productive in XYZ area but THIS specific area you don't understand...I will ALWAYS struggle in THIS area.

None of that is true Thank God. Because when you are ready and willing to be openminded and try something new....

When you stop telling yourself "this time won't be different" "of course it's not going to work"

And you show up with 10% less doubt

You work the process to the max

Then you're likely to have SOME kind of breakthrough

And over time it all adds up

Until you're reflecting on how far you've come

And you realize you used to have so much drama and struggle in this area

But now it's the easiest thing ever

How do you shift your identity to get what you want?

My favorite method is The TapVira Method. But I'm biased.

Other methods. A good coaching session. Journaling. Affirmations.

It's actually not complicated.

The first step is clarity. Who do you want to be? or What do you want and what's the version of you that has what you want?

You can think what would XYZ person do? And then do the things.

But sometimes it doesn't last. Because you're trying to build habits. Instead of changing who you are at your core.

I'm also not saying to become a completely different person that's not authentic to who you are.

You get to be YOU and have what you want.

I feel like the work is really leaning into who you've always wanted to be. Or the next evolution of self.

It can also be shifting your perspective on who you already are. Because the way you view yourself isn't in alignment with the life you want.

For example, for most of my entrepreneurial career I viewed myself as a failure. I built up the evidence I am a failure due to all the things that didn't go my way.

I failed to recognize the fact that I've been in business for nearly a decade. And that I am successful. And I do know a lot.

My unique experiences give me knowledge. And if I'm not being so hard on myself in some ways the things I tried were successful. It did work.

Do you wanna listen to pessimistic you all the time? Your highly critical self?

The way you view yourself is how others view you. In all areas of life.

How you talk about your life, your work, yourself.

We choose to focus on the negative. It's a habit to break.

It's important to note this is NOT something you manufacture.

You shift your identity and how you show up changes naturally.

Some people are out here performing. Others have done the identity work and it's just a reflection of who they are.

You don't have to "try". You just get to be.

You're not becoming. You are.
